Spend a week with SCA in a fun and educational theater camp. Each one-week session will cover the basics of acting which include movement, improvisation and voice-training. Sessions will conclude with a short presentation for family and friends.

MUSICAL THEATER WORKSHOP
Grades 3 - 8

This popular five-week camp will introduce the basic principles of acting, singing and movement for the theater in a accessible camp setting. Students will have fun learning theater games and techniques from director Kristina Ferencie as well as their high school camp counselors. The workshop will conclude with a performance of The Little Mermaid, Jr.
Performances: Thursday, July 11 (4:00 pm and 7:30 pm) & Friday, July 12 (12:00 pm)

MONTAGE ARTS CAMP

This all day camp, which combines the fun of dance, music, theater and the visual arts, will allow students in grades 1 - 7 to experience all art forms in a jam-packed two-week session filled with fun and learning. Participants will collaborate with other cast members and their instructors to create an original presentation to be performed on the final day of class.

This series of master classes was designed with middle and high school-aged students in mind. Each three-day master class session will cover a specific and unique theater technique such as: vocal auditions, performing Shakespeare, the Chekhov Method, stage combat and improvisation. *Specific dates for each focus will be announced in the Spring/Summer Catalogue.
